With the help of our willing volunteers, we have started a new programme called HIC Excursions! These are more casual, volunteer-led meet-ups where HIC friends get together to attend a local event or take part in an activity.

Our third HIC Excursion will be a visit to Fredriksdal Museum and Botanical Garden to enjoy the National Day celebrations. Graham Keating will be the event lead on this occasion and will meet you to the left of the main entrance gate at 10:30.

Upon arrival, the group will have a walk around the grounds together and then return to the main museum buildings and performance areas. You will have the opportunity to enjoy different events throughout the day, such as traditional songs, dances, concerts, demonstrations and exhibitions, or explore further by yourself.

Admission is free on National Day. You are welcome to bring a picnic!

Please sign up on the Eventbrite form as usual. Welcome!
