Thursday 29 January 18:00 – Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Business And Tax In Sweden But Were Too Afraid To Ask!

Join us for an interactive Question and Answer session with HIC member Lars Andersson and his associate Jan Kjäll, two of the region’s most experienced lawyers and accountants.

Lars and Jan will guide you through all those nagging concerns about starting a company in Sweden and dealing with your tax and legal affairs, for example:

  • How is the business culture in Sweden different to that in other countries?
  • Is it worth starting a company and what is the best type for you?
  • Can you make a profit?
  • How many people should you employ and what difficulties are there?
  • Is it better to take a salary or pay yourself dividends?
  • What should you think about when buying a house as an expat?
  • How can you optimise your tax affairs as an expat?

Lars Andersson is a partner at Oscarson Advocatbyrå, Helsingborg and Jan Kjäll is a certified public accountant and co-founder of Baker Tilly Helsingborg. They qualified in their respective professions in 1987 and 1984 and have collaborated on many business and legal projects since 1992. Baker Tilly Helsingborg specialises in helping small and medium-sized local businesses, while being able to draw on the global expertise of a worldwide network.

Now we need your help!

Jan and Lars would like to make this a fully interactive session, which deals with your queries – please let us have the questions that you would like answered by e-mailing or clicking on the “Contact Us” box when you receive your sign-up acknowledgement from Eventbrite.

We need your sign-up and questions by 18:00 on Monday 26 January!
